• TotalSoft created Charisma HR & Payroll, a leading product for HR and payroll on the solutions market in Romania, currently implemented in over 150 companies.

• TotalSoft created e-licitatie.ro, the first government project in the field of electronic acquisition. The application has been operational since the 4th of March 2002, and by the end of 2003 over 223.000 bids had taken place, resulting in savings of over 70 Million Euros. In 2003, once we had proven our capability to develop such large-scale projects, MCTI decided to expand this relationship with TotalSoft.

• TotalSoft introduced the concept of project management in Romania through the Primavera system, the most frequently used professional project management application on the local market. A product distributed and completed with customized solutions to meet specific local client needs. These services include: consultancy, maintenance, technical support and training.
